Bryan Harms
Before teaching, Bryan was a software developer and ran a landscape architecture firm.
He moved to the U.S. West Coast to teach at High Tech High in San Diego, where he developed a deep passion for PBL, empowering students in math and leadership in consensus-driven environments.
In 2017, Bryan moved to Denmark to lead a national school transformation project, blending his expertise in organizational transformation with his educational insights.

Loni Bergqvist
Loni began her career in a traditional school in San Diego before becoming a fervent advocate for project-based learning.
After transitioning to High Tech High, she has worked globally since 2014 to overhaul education through initiatives like REAL-Projects in the UK and LEAPS in Denmark.
Loni’s mission is to bring meaningful project-based learning to students in conventional schools.

Learning Consultant
Caja Fournaise
Caja started her teaching career in 2002, working in various educational settings including special needs and international schools in Denmark and France.
From 2015 to 2021, she was deeply involved in LEAPS, a project-based approach to educational development, serving as a teacher and then as a full-time LEAPS advisor.
Caja is passionate about inspiring educational reforms that enhance student experiences through authentic learning environments focused on engagement, value creation, and quality.

Learning Consultant
Jonas Kalsgaard Lynggaard
Originally a primary school teacher, Jonas spent six years at one of Denmark's first PBL schools, Kvaglundskolen in Esbjerg.
Recently, he worked as a consultant for Insero Education and FabLab Silkeborg, focusing on practical and hands-on teaching methods.
Jonas joins Imagine If with the aim of directly enhancing schools and teachers' efforts to improve student well-being through innovative educational strategies.

Sara Jeppesen
​Sara graduated from Aarhus University with a degree in Political Science and Educational Science. She later trained as a certified teacher and worked for eight years in the Danish public school system, with the last five years spent at a LEAPS school.
Sara's vision for her career is that everyone in the Danish public school system should experience a sense of mastery. Sara is dedicated to integrating knowledge and skills related to Project-Based Learning (PBL) as a natural part of teachers' approach to education.
Her goal is for both teachers and students to love coming to school, knowing they are entering a safe and nurturing environment for growth and development.

With 35 years of experience, Søren is a veteran school leader specializing in building professional learning communities and fostering strong collaborative cultures.
He excels in leadership coaching, capacity building, and implementing a project-based learning culture that motivates high student involvement.
Søren’s approach emphasizes regenerative school leadership, aiming to create sustainable educational ecosystems. He collaborates with notable foundations and researchers, bringing a wealth of practical and strategic insights to his role at Imagine If.
